Following the introduction, the session will delve into strategies to combat sarcopenia at the primary care level. This initiative aims to empower primary care providers to identify at-risk individuals early and implement evidence-based interventions that include physical activity, resistance training, and dietary modifications.
The talk will conclude by emphasizing the importance of an integrated approach to sarcopenia management, combining early screening, targeted interventions, and nutritional support. Attendees will leave with actionable knowledge to help mitigate the effects of sarcopenia and improve the well-being of elderly patients in their care.
