Managing troubling symptoms for the peri- and menopausal women. In this session, we will look at the evidence for lifestyle management as well as non-hormonal treatment options that are available to alleviate these symptoms and assist women to breeze through their midlife.
2) Dr Angela Tan Qiu Li: Sexual Medicine, Women's Health, and Q&A
Synopsis:
Most menopause consultations don't begin with "I have vaginal dryness" or "I've lost my libido." Instead, women present with poor sleep, recurrent UTIs, anxiety, relationship strain, or simply, "I don't feel like myself anymore."
Using interactive case discussions, this session invites participants to solve real-world consultations, challenge common misconceptions, and discover practical strategies for managing menopause and sexual health beyond the obvious diagnosis.
