Synopsis:
GP+ Co-operative Limited is a co-operative formed by a group of doctors who want to transform healthcare delivery and also benchmark quality and price. We hope to establish a network of healthcare professionals (e.g. GPs, specialists, paramedical and allied health professionals) to provide healthcare services for the members of the public.

Join us at our annual Primary Care Grand Conference: "Defying Decline: Tackling Chronic Diseases and Sarcopenia in the Age of Healthier SG in Primary Care”. This conference brings together clinicians and allied health professionals to address the growing challenge of sarcopenia and frailty which are critical yet often underrecognized conditions in Singapore’s aging population.

Through expert-led sessions, participants will explore early detection, nutritional and exercise interventions, multidisciplinary care and public health strategies. This event will serve as a platform to bridge research and clinical practice, offering practical evidence-based insights to enhance patient care and promote healthy aging.
